We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our proactive and agile team to assist in meetings, reporting, and stakeholder management for BNSSG ICB’s digital portfolio. You will be working closely and effectively with project leads, senior responsible officers, and stakeholders across BNSSG.

The role requires an ability to develop excellent working relationships, deliver structured meetings, and action logs from a broad programme of work. You will support key projects on reporting and work closely with the PMO.

Responsibilities:
1. Providing programme management support for the delivery of the BNSSG Digital Strategy.
2. Responsible for supporting projects through the ICB’s Design and Gateway control processes and undertaking project tasks as requested by Design leads or the Head of Programme Management Office (PMO). This will include the development of project documentation and reporting and monitoring risks and key milestones across the whole gateway process.
3. Ensuring that Digital programme management documentation is established, maintained, and up to date, and that reports and wider programme documentation are high quality and widely accessible to key stakeholders.
4. The PSO will develop and maintain the portfolio governance plan for the delivery of each assignment and, in partnership with the PMO, track the impacts of each initiative to feedback into improved processes.
