A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join the conveyancing team at a top firm in Doncaster. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone with previous conveyancing experience looking to further their career within a reputable law firm. Key Responsibilities: Provide secretarial support, including audio typing and document production Perform administrative tasks in a busy office environment Set up new client files and handle case management duties Manage diaries and handle telephone communications Conduct land registry searches and manage applications Correspond with clients, solicitors, brokers, and estate agents Prepare HMRC SDLT applications and assist with exchanges and completions Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a conveyancing assistant Strong IT and organisational skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Working Hours & Benefits: Full-time Conveyancing Assistant position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Competitive salary and benefits This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive and dynamic team.
