The Role
This is a full-time role based on our client site in Manchester city centre.
You will be responsible for supporting the day to day operational activities on a client site.
You will integrate seamlessly with the client Facilities Management Team while still adhering to The Instant Group's values and keeping an eye on the commercial aspects of the contract.
Within the role you will have a good understanding of client requirements and any Instant Group services delivered on site. You will support The Instant Group in ensuring that services are delivered to time and budget.

What will you be doing?
* Assist the Facilities Manager in delivering hard and soft services, managing outsourced providers.
* Prioritise and handle maintenance requests (planned, preventative, reactive) to ensure smooth building operations.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs from quotes to completion, ensuring compliance with PTW and RAMS.
* Maintain up-to-date Health and Safety and maintenance documentation.
* Foster relationships with landlords and on-site clients, and manage procurement of small items/services.
* Support staffing and adherence to service level agreements, perform audits and daily checks.
* Greet and host visitors as needed.
* Collaborate with back-office departments to ensure efficient business operations.

* A minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Good working knowledge of H&S in the workplace.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships, acting in a pro-active and professional manner with the ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
* Outgoing and personable, confident with administration tasks and experience in Microsoft Office packages.
* Proven ability to work unsupervised.
* Flexibility as limited out of hours working may be required.
