Job summary Due to Wiltshire Health and Cares drive towards a resilient and skilled workforce, we have exciting opportunity that has arisen within the City Community Team for a qualified Community Nurse Specialist or an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse to undertake this role. The SPQ is an initiative that seeks to develop our own staff into the leaders of tomorrow and you will be released to attend locally held action learning sets and benefit from the peer support. You will become responsible for line managing junior members of staff and for managing one of the caseloads within the team. This position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity of developing both professionally and personally; optimising and enhancing skills and competence whilst working alongside a supportive multi-disciplinary team. The successful applicant will also be encouraged to contribute to the development and implementation of new ways of working to continually evolve care delivery for our Wiltshire patients and maximise the services within the Community Team.
