Venue Cymru yw’r ganolfan gelfyddydau a digwyddiadau brysuraf yn y rhanbarth, ac mae ganddi theatr sy'n eistedd 1,500, arena â lle i 2,500 ac ystod lawn o ystafelloedd cynadledda a digwyddiadau o’r safon uchaf. Rydym yn cyflwyno rhaglen gelfyddydau amrywiol, o Sioeau’r West End i’n perfformiadau ein hunain gan ein Pobl Ifanc Creadigol, ac yn cynnal cynadleddau a digwyddiadau proffil uchel ledled y flwyddyn. Rydym nawr yn recriwtio ar gyfer Glanhawyr cymwys i ymuno â’n tîm ymroddedig.
Er mwyn hwyluso gweithgareddau’r ganolfan, byddwch yn gwneud amrywiaeth o dasgau glanhau ac ailgylchu ym mhob rhan o’r adeilad cyn, yn ystod ac ar ôl i’r cyfleusterau gael eu defnyddio. Mae’r safonau disgwyliedig yn gofyn am unigolion trylwyr iawn ac sy’n talu sylw i fanylion. Byddai’r gallu i siarad Cymraeg yn ogystal â Saesneg yn ddymunol er mwyn cyflawni dyletswyddau’r swydd hon.
Mae hon yn swydd rhan amser parhaol gyda’r oriau gweithio ar sail cytundeb oriau blynyddol, gan weithio ar gyfartaledd o 16 awr yr wythnos, wedi’i drefnu yn unol â’r system a gytunwyd arni o weithio ar sail rota shifftiau, ac yn cynnwys gweithio ar benwythnosau, gyda’r nos a gwyliau banc.

Venue Cymru is the regions busiest arts and events centre, comprising of a 1,500 seat theatre, 2,500 capacity arena and a full range of high quality conference and event spaces. We present a diverse arts programme, from West End Shows to our own Young Creatives performances, and host high profile conferences and events throughout the year. We are now recruiting for competent Cleaners to join our dedicated team.
To service the activities at the venue, you will carry out a range of cleaning and recycling tasks throughout all areas of the building prior, during and following usage of the facilities. The standards expected require individuals who are extremely thorough and have a careful attention to detail. The ability to converse in Welsh as well as English would be desirable to carry out the duties of this post.
This is a permanent part time post with the hours of work being on an annualised hours contract working for an average of 16 hours a week arranged in accordance with the agreed system of working on a shift rota basis and includes weekend, evening and bank holiday working.
You will predominately work at Venue Cymru, however there will be a requirement for you to work at Theatr Colwyn and Porth Eirias when required.
