The Job
As a Night Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high safety standards.
1. Supervising and resourcing the night shift work programme, including emergency works.
2. Conducting daily briefings, debriefings, and toolbox talks.
3. Regular site inspections to maintain work quality and safety compliance.
4. Promoting and enforcing safe working practices, including safety audits.
5. Monitoring productivity, ensuring documentation is completed and submitted on time.
6. Providing a comprehensive handover to the day crew.
What We're Looking For
1. Previous supervisory experience, ideally in drainage, highways, or a similar sector.
2. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
3. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
4. UK Driving Licence - Essential for this role.
