In this role, you’ll engage with assigned customer accounts and new prospects, identifying opportunities to grow our business while delivering exceptional service. Your focus will be on hitting sales targets, expanding our customer base, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing expert solutions and troubleshooting any challenges they face.

Key responsibilities for the Sales Manager role include but are not limited to:
1. Develop and implement a sales plan to deliver revenue retention, growth, and new business for your customer portfolio to meet or exceed personal sales targets and overall business growth objectives.
2. Build and maintain relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within your customer portfolio to facilitate effective two-way information flow and understanding of customer value delivery.
3. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to customer decision-makers, adapting standard materials as needed. Gather and evaluate customer feedback to identify and respond to areas needing further information.
4. Represent Survitec at industry events to obtain market intelligence and enhance visibility and reputation.
5. Collaborate with internal specialists to configure product and service solutions that meet customer needs, presenting and negotiating these solutions within predefined commercial parameters.
6. Enter customer information into the CRM system to ensure data quality for effective customer retention and business development activities. Utilize the CRM system to drive sales activity plans and reporting.
7. Work as a customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external customer relationships.
8. Maintain a deep understanding of Survitec policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes.

1. Experience in a similar role within the marine industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
3. Proficient in managing complexity and effectively resolving problems.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage comfortably with diverse groups.
5. Excellent planning and prioritization skills aligned with Survitec business objectives.
6. Ability to establish and maintain formal and informal networks within and outside Survitec.
7. Skilled in optimizing work processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
8. High energy and enthusiasm for embracing new opportunities and challenges.
9. Valid driver’s license.
