Job Description
Turner & Townsend are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our diverse and high performing team. The role will be to support the direct recruiting efforts within our Energy & Natural Resources division. The Energy & Natural Resources business has grown 35% in the last 12 months and is set to triple in size over the next 3 years. We have placed ourselves at the forefront of Project Controls, Quantity Surveying and Project Management in the clean energy and decarbonisation space.
The role has plenty of scope for growth and further development, whether that be generating new ideas and practices or taking responsibility for special projects, whilst delivering best in class attraction and acquisition strategies in a supportive and collaborative environment.
JOB SUMMARY:
* Accountable for supporting the management of best in class talent attraction and talent acquisition activities.
* Recruiting the industry's finest Cost Managers, Project Managers and Project Controls specialists to help us deliver complex schemes and major projects and programmes.
* Reporting into a Recruitment & Resourcing Manager, finding great people for our organisation and managing a quality "end to end" recruitment process.
* Actively involved in experienced hire recruitment projects, e.g. IR35 compliance, GDPR, social media campaigns.
* Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external agencies, to ensure market coverage and develop new routes to market.
* Coordinating and arranging a high volume of interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies.
Qualifications
* Experience of a 360 recruitment role either in house or with an agency.
* Experience of recruiting into the Engineering or Energy sectors would be beneficial.
* Passion for identifying hard to find talent.
