You will be a point of contact, in addition to providing a helpdesk service to building users, ensuring an efficient Facilities Management service is provided to a key customer.
You will be working Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 13:00, 20 hours per week.
You will:
1. Log building and equipment faults and provide information on progress of rectification.
2. Enter and maintain data on systems as required.
3. Oversee stock control and place orders for cleaning materials and consumables.
4. Process invoices.
5. Display applicable safety notices and ensure first aid and accident reporting is carried out correctly.
To succeed in this role you will need:
6. Good working knowledge of administrative processes
7. Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems
8. Good organisational skills
9. Good PC skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
