Role Overview: The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of disputes, including but not limited to, personal disputes, commercial litigation, professional negligence, and property disputes. You will be expected to manage a diverse caseload, provide expert legal advice, and represent clients in both negotiations and court proceedings. Key Responsibilities : Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters. Provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Draft and review legal documents related to dispute resolution. Collaborate with other team members to develop case strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and regulations. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in the UK. Minimum of 4 years PQE in dispute resolution. Proven track record in handling a broad range of disputes. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
