We're looking to recruit a Senior Planner to join a top Maintenance Contractor in Coalville on a permanent basis. Offering up to £34,000 excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of three Schedulers/Administrators, ensuring that all targets and KPIs are consistently met. Motivate and support your administrative team, striving for optimal performance and the best possible outcomes. Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to arrange appointments for operatives. Ensure that upcoming jobs are scheduled in alignment with our contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring realistic expectations are set. Utilize an in-house system to schedule operatives and subcontractors for jobs, while addressing complex repairs and tasks. Report directly to the Manager, providing regular updates on progress and key developments. Required Skills and Experience: Prior experience in the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills-both written and verbal. Demonstrated customer service excellence.
