As Enterprise Risk Manager, you will lead the creation of a comprehensive ERM Framework, developing policies and procedures to manage risks across the organisation effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders, integrating risk management practices into business processes, and fostering a proactive approach to risk. This role is critical in ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including necessary policies and procedures.
* Select and maintain effective reporting tools to monitor and communicate risks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and manage risks, ensuring alignment with business processes.
* Provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies and recommend improvements to internal controls.
* Regularly audit and review the ERM Framework to ensure its effectiveness and value.
* Foster a strong risk-aware culture across the organisation.

This role would suit an experienced risk professional with a background in enterprise risk management within a professional services or corporate environment. You should have a Bachelor's degree in business, risk, finance, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience designing and implementing risk management frameworks. Strong analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
