A day in the life of the Field Service Engineer Your primary purpose is to service vehicle lifts and other garage equipment moving into repairs once your experience has been assessed. You will deliver excellent service safely and efficiently in a friendly environment. The role will evolve and develop as we continuously launch new products and services, creating a unique and unrivalled offering to the commercial vehicle market. Attending customer’s sites to service their garage equipment. Repairing customer’s garage equipment back to good working order Working with the service support team on your schedule and communicating any issues and updates to them Quoting repairs to customers Completing service reports and job notes on our field service system to give customers detailed reports and build up an excellent service and support history of equipment Reporting unsafe notices correctly Reporting potential sales leads to the sales and marketing teams. Communicating with Service Engineer Manager and the broader team for support and improvements.
