Kier Strategic Projects have an excellent opportunity to work on our flagship HMP Glasgow project. Delivering one of the largest construction projects Scotland has seen requires a significant amount of administrative support so we are looking for a Site Administrator to join our teams based in the project offices. Location : Royston, Glasgow. Hours : 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday. What will you be responsible for? The site administrator will work to provide both administrative and front of house support to the project teams, in a busy site office environment. Your day to day may include, but not be limited to: Managing data collation, editing reports for sign off and issuing reports on behalf of teams, to enable reporting accuracy. Ordering office materials and PPE safety clothing as required, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times. Recording and collating meeting minutes, issuing and storing as appropriate. Manage the reception desk and reception telephone. Manage meeting room bookings and ensure that rooms are set up with the relevant seating and IT equipment. Ensure efficient Mail/Parcel distribution to relevant staff, sign for and log all mail. Maintain electronic & manual key records/key issue, manage logs ensuring all staff and visitors to site are accounted for and carry out daily inspection of main building communal areas. Conduct weekly Fire Alarm Testing (including opening secondary gas supply), respond to Alarm calls during working hours & Program and set up new Alarm Codes. What are we looking for? This role of Site Administrator is great for you if: You have previous administrative/reception experience (Ideally in a project site environment). Have excellent communication and organisation skills. You are IT literate with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. You have an efficient and personable customer facing approach.
