Personal Assistant required to provide personal and practical assistance, to enable a lady to live an independent personal and social life in her own home, and within the community.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Supporting the lady with placing medication in dispensers
• Assisting with meal preparation
• Assistance with shopping
• Supporting the lady to complete domestic duties (housework and laundry)
• Support during social and leisure activities, and escorting to events and outings (e.g. going to cinema, walking)
• Walking the lady’s dog
CAR OWNER/DRIVER ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE. As this role requires the successful applicant to drive their own car as part of the role, they would need to ensure that their insurance provider covers them for business purposes.
Hours of work:
17 HOURS PER WEEK to be worked as follows:
Monday – 5.00pm – 7.30pm
Tuesday – 5.00pm – 7.30pm
Wednesday – 5.00pm – 6.00pm
Thursday – 5.00pm – 7.30pm
Friday – 5.00pm – 7.30pm
Saturday – 9.00am – 4.00pm
These hours may be subject to change, once trust has been built between the employer and successful applicant.
