We do not require Property experience for this role. You just need to be passionate about the service you offer and bravely step out of your comfort zone to provide the best service, pride yourself on integrity and respect your peers by knowing you are working as one team to achieve the same goal.
Your role: Property Management Administrator
Location: Exchange Quay, Manchester
Total package: £24,000
Shifts: Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-5.30pm
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 9 Months.

What will your day to day look like?
* Assisting the property managers in an administrative capacity
* Booking of property visits
* Corresponding with customers via both phone and email
* Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
* Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
* Running errands within and outside of the office
