Job Description:
Are you passionate about making a difference? The charity we are supporting provides expert, specialist, independent support to women and children who have experienced domestic and sexual violence/abuse. They offer individually tailored support packages, group work, advocacy, and prevention work throughout the community.
The role involves supporting the adult team and other services by providing advice, conducting file audits, and case reviews. Responsibilities include managing complex cases, offering specialist guidance to external agencies, delivering training, and ensuring risk and safety plans meet client needs. The role also includes advocating for domestic abuse victims, working with key agencies, maintaining case records, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and diversity standards.
You will need to hold an IDVA qualification to be suitable for this role and drive with access to your own vehicle.
