About the Role:
" Duration: Ongoing temporary position with potential for extension
" Location: Various sites across Warwickshire
" Hours: Full-time, with flexibility to meet service needs
" Driving licence and own vehicle essential
Key Responsibilities:
" Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services
" Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs
" Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of support staff
" Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
" Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
" Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service user experiences

About You:
" Proven experience in a managerial role within the learning disabilities field - ideally supported living
" Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
" Knowledge of the challenges faced by adults with learning disabilities
" A commitment to person-centred care and support
" Excellent communication and organisational skills
" Minimum level 3 in health and social care
" DBS on the update service
