up £30,000 (£12.81)DOE + overtime and benefits
Overview:
Working for our prestigious South West Bristol Dealership, you will preferably have some experience in front of house within the vehicle industry and face to face customer service. This role is the first line contact for our customers and you will be trained to identify service and parts requirements along with assisting in preparing the necessary depot actions to meet those customer requirements.
Training will cover:
1. Greet customers in a courteous manner, interpret their requirements and complete the necessary paperwork to enable work to be undertaken.
2. Learn about the Work In Progress (WIP) reports to clear Workshop instructions as soon as possible.
3. Inform customers of completion times and payment methods and inform them of any additional work required and to gain the necessary authority to complete the work.
4. To assist in the management and arrangement of customer vehicle workshop bookings for inspections, servicing and repairs.
5. Carry out the Service Department’s invoicing and administration systems efficiently once trained
Key Skills / Competencies:
6. Excellent computer skills to learn and work on our systems
7. To understand relevant systems relating to the Service Department including changes and on-going developments.
8. Good communication skills, both written and oral.
