Job Overview
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in agency recruitment, experience managing teams of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for leading from the front, developing and implementing branch sales plans, conducting regular sales and operations meetings, and adding to their headcount to build the best possible team.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing Business Strategies: The successful candidate will work closely with the team to develop and implement effective business strategies, focusing on driving growth and increasing revenue.
* Team Management: As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers.
* Sales and Operations Meetings: Regular meetings will be held to discuss sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and set targets for the team.
* Branch Development: The successful candidate will be responsible for adding to their headcount to build the best possible team and driving growth in the education recruitment market.
Requirements
* Proven Track Record: A successful billing record in agency recruitment is essential for this role.
* Team Management Experience: Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers is required.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
* Educational Knowledge: Knowledge of the education recruitment market is highly desirable.
