Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be a key member in the team. Out client is looking for someone to fill a 12 month FTC, until the end of 2025. Role Description Develop and maintain positive relationships with our existing customer base in order to maximize sales opportunities Acquisition of new customers through promoting of our value proposition and services Work toward agreed performance targets for volume, margin, and profitability. Promote and Develop a Health and Safety culture across all aspects of the business Skills and Qualifications Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels. Highly self-motivated, well organised and have a strong determination to succeed. Ability to work on your own initiative and have the ability to work as an effective member of the Asphalt team. Knowledge of SAP/ CRM - Knowledge of regional Asphalt capabilities and regional Asphalt customer base desirable Previous sales experience desirable A strong work ethic and a team player mentality Valid Full Car Driving License.
