If so, we want to hear from you About the Role: Vision for Education are currently recruiting for dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistants to join our team at Vision for Education. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to children with behavioural, emotional and social challenges. You will work closely with educational professionals and other support staff to ensure that each individual has the tools and strategies they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities Support children with behavioural difficulties, encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation. Assisting in implementing behaviour plans in collaboration with class teacher. Provide emotional support and guidance to children, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping to build self-esteem and confidence. Assist in recording and monitoring progress, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement. Help deliver group activities aimed at promoting social skills and teamwork. Requirements Experience working with children or individuals with behavioural challenges (desirable). A positive and compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner. A willingness to learn new strategies and techniques to support pupils development. A relevant qualification in education, childcare or Additional Learning Needs (ALN) is beneficial but not essential. A flexible and team-oriented approach.
