£130.00 - £200.00 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Assess individual student needs and create tailored learning programmes
* Implement strategies to support students with SEN in their academic and personal development
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Specialism in SEN or relevant experience
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably working with students with SEN
* Understanding of SEN Code of Practice and relevant legislation
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Desirable Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Training in specific interventions for SEN students
Working Environment:
* Regular classroom teaching environment
* Potential involvement in extracurricular activities and parent meetings
* Adherence to school policies and procedures
