Vestas North and Central Europe is a sales business unit responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. The Main Component Exchange department is part of the Special projects team and is responsible for safely planning and performing offshore scopes across the NCE region. Your role as Spare part coordinator entails being a key organizing contributor to our projects. You will be part of a team that values customer contentment, with the responsibility to deliver projects by the deadline, in accordance with all relevant standards.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with Project manager and other project stakeholders regarding spare parts/main components needed in the projects and in parallel coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to ensure parts deliveries.
* Completion of projects and follow up on projects in SAP.
* Run MRP (Material Requirement Planning) associated with the Special project.
* Follow up on planning and spare part need.
* Ensure that there are locations created in SAP.
* Handle urgent spare parts orders.
* Move projects from one project to another, updated on SO, PO, GR return to stock etc.
* Create PO's.
Qualifications
* Experience from working in a similar position.
* Used to work and navigate in large companies, experience with larger construction projects is valued.
* Good IT knowledge and experience with Document Management Systems; experience working in SAP is appreciated.
* Customs knowledge is ideal.
* Solid planning and coordination skills.
* Appreciating and thriving in a brisk and rapid work environment.
* A systematic approach with good investigative and problem-solving skills.
* Attentive communicator and skillful in stakeholder engagement.
* Diplomatic, adaptive approach and cultural awareness.
* Used to work with various nationalities.

Additional information
The primary work location is Aarhus, Denmark or in Warrington, UK. The role requires approximately 30 days of travel per year. Applications are handled on an ongoing basis.
