In this role you will provide support through a bespoke curriculum alongside an EHCP, and you may also be required to support generally in class as well as working with selected individuals and groups of pupils. The successful candidate will have a passionate commitment to ensuring that every child makes academic progress, will be highly effective, flexible, positive and reliable team players.
The successful candidate will also need to have proven skills in Literacy and Numeracy with a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English. You will also have a background of working with children aged 4-11 and children with additional needs. Previous, unsuccessful applicants are asked not to apply.
