Your duties include but are not limited to:

Ensuring the accurate and punctual delivery of management accounts and month-end reporting.
*
Periodically support and lead Business Review Meetings alongside the Senior Leadership Team.
*
Punctual completion of cash, bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
*
Managing the businesses’ fixed asset register to ensure capital expenditures comply with accounting policies and budgets.
*
Ensuring processes and controls are upheld and properly documented, while actively recommending improvements where necessary.
*
Directly and indirectly sustaining the businesses’ annual budget and quarterly revisions.
*
Maintaining company wellness, stimulating collective and personal productivity and development.
*
Upholding collective objectives through the maintenance of relationships with stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA.
*
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
*
Analytical, organised and proficient in identifying insufficiencies & implementing changes in business processes.

Strong work ethic & ability to prioritise task.
*
Collaborative attitude to work alongside finance team of 10.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Power BI (not essential).
*
Proficient in B2C (not essential).
