Proposed Interview Date: W/C 27th January 2025 The role Day to day you will need to coordinate the daily activities of M&Y’s field workforce. In doing so, provide a high quality, customer focused maintenance service that ensures compliance with relevant safety and building legislation. You will be responsible for managing the scheduling system and ensuring that appointments are made within agreed timescales and views are monitored and kept up to date. This will involve a high level of communication with our operatives, staff, managers and customers ensuring a high standard of customer service. The right fit A good working knowledge of Orchard Housing, DRS and Agile365. Administrative experience is advantageous. Financial awareness of cost and income comparison and ability to identify Value for Money (VFM). You’ll have strong communication skills both written and verbally. You will need organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workloads. You will be required to multi-task and work without supervision as well as part of a team. Keyboard skills and knowledge of Windows and specialist supportive software and vehicle tracking and management system. You will need strong written and verbal communication skills. Technical knowledge associated with Gas and Electrical cyclical servicing and repairs. Experience of working in a customer facing environment. Experience of working within a construction / maintenance services environment. The post holder may on occasion be required to travel to other offices and therefore the ability to travel to other offices and locations which may not be easily accessible by public transport.
