Working closely with the Learning Support team to ensure all processes are relevant, up to date and communicated to relevant parties. Strong communications across college to encourage, support and engage with all members of the team working to achieve goals and priorities within a positive, developmental and inclusive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide initial point of contact for the Learning Support team. Initial contact for general internal and external telephone, e-mail and face to face enquiries and administration queries. Act as contact person for general student enquiries. Support at student and cross College events. Acquire a working knowledge of the content of courses offered and entry requirements, where applicable, to be able to deal with telephone and written enquiries and send out information packs to prospective students / employers. Deal with enquiries quickly and effectively as appropriate. Addressing those that can be dealt with by the post holder and passing on queries to relevant staff within the department and across the College as necessary.
