The position is Full Time - 38.75 Hours per week Responsibilities: - The management of staff profiles and completing the on boarding documents - Ensuring all aspects of the recruitment information are obtained - Creating staff profiles and confirmation forms - Creating job adverts - Researching best candidates to fill in vacant roles - Interviewing - Establishing and building relationships with new and existing clients - Arranging and booking shifts with the care staff to cover the clients needs - Uploading/Creating of shifts onto the correct databases - The 'on-call' requirement is shared on a rota basis across the team Essential Skills - High level of Customer Service - Excellent communication skills and telephone manner - The desire to build a career in a fast growing company where more opportunities will arise - A team orientated work ethic - High level of competency with Microsoft office - The ability to use and show initiative when working to deadlines Desirable Skills - Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or senior carer within care home setting desirable but not essential - Knowledge in the care quality commission regulations - Experience with rota management - Driving licence Benefits: Subsidised gym membership On-site parking Discounted/free food Company events & social hours Casual dress Wellness programs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From £24,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Discounted or free food Employee discount Health & wellbeing programme On-site parking Store discount Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Colchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
