MRI Superintendent Radiographer - Reference [NONE]
Working with the Centre Director and the team, the successful candidate will operationally manage 2 GE MRI scanners (1.5 and 3T) whilst also overseeing the implementation and development of 2 new Siemens MRI scanners on the ground floor expansion of OneWelbeck Imaging & Diagnostics. You will successfully launch 2 MRI scanners whilst building your team of Cross-Sectional Radiographers alongside the CT superintendent. You will be responsible for all areas of staff growth through their journey in MRI up to Cardiac.
* Salary: 60,000-70,000 + 5% performance related Bonus
People Management:
You will be responsible for a growing team of cross-sectional radiographers. You will have full oversight of all recruitment, HR and Payroll processes supported by the HR and Payroll team.
You will co-manage all centre staff with the Senior Leadership Team, made up of:
* Business Manager
* Pathology Coordinator
