I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Front Office Manager at this luxury Hotel north of London. My client is looking for a confident, energetic and well-organized individual to join this fantastic venue.
About the position
* Overseeing the daily operations of the front office and maintain to the highest standards
* Act as an ambassador for the Hotel
* Act as host and provide the highest level of customer service
* Ensure that the guests receive a fantastic service from the moment they check in
* Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
The successful candidate
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Must have Opera experience
* Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* A natural team leader
