The Role:
* The Cohesion Strategy Development Manager post is an exciting role within their Safer and Stronger Communities Service.
* This post will lead a collaborative approach to developing and writing a community cohesion strategy and delivery plan for Liverpool.
* This role will be based in Liverpool City Council (LCC) and will work in collaboration with a wide range of internal and external local partners to co-produce a strategy and delivery plan and build the infrastructure required to deliver the plan.
* As a Cohesion Strategy Development Manager, you will work closely with the voluntary, community and faith sector and other stakeholders, as well as working closely with central government partners and other geographical areas developing similar work.
* The post is available on a 12-month, fixed term basis to undertake a programme of work to build cohesion and stronger communities. Applications for a secondment are welcome but you must have permission from your substantive line manager/organisation.
