Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM (Full-time)
Pay Rate:£31 Ltd (Umbrella) per hour
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond tocomplaints and enquiriesin line with NHS policies and procedures.
Investigate concerns raised bypatients, families, and stakeholdersto ensure fair and effective resolutions.
Liaise withclinical teams, service managers, and external agenciesto gather relevant information.
Maintainaccurate recordsof complaints, actions taken, and outcomes.
Ensure compliance withregulatory standardsand NHS complaints policies.
Providereports and data analysison complaint trends to support service improvements.
Offer support and guidance to staff on complaints procedures and best practices.
RequirementsExtensive experienceworking within theCYPF ServiceandSEND .
Excellent communication skills, including aprofessional telephone manner .
Highly organisedwith the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency inspreadsheets and data management .
Attention to detailand ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Up-to-date DBS checkand right to work in the UK.
