As a Duty CCTV Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating the site's CCTV systems, ensuring the safety and security of all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV control room to ensure that the safety and security of all stakeholders is maintained at all times.
2. Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV control room and its facilities.
3. Operate a range of remote call monitoring, alarms, and communication facilities contained within the control room.
4. Maintain accurate records of data recordings and events, using incident reporting software.
5. Participate in personal training and development to maintain an understanding of current CCTV legislation and regulations.
6. Assist the Centre Management Team and/or Police in respect of preparation of evidence as required.
7. Provide recorded media to authorised personnel.
8. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the service and control room working practices.
9. Provide high levels of customer service to all stakeholders including shoppers, retailers, contractors, and partners at all times.
10. Carry out any other reasonable management requests.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Valid SIA Licence and First Aid certification.
