The Energy Manager will ensure that all buildings owned and managed by the Group are supplied by the relevant utilities on appropriate contracts, and that customers bear a fair proportion of these contract costs.
The Energy Manager will be the main point of contact with the energy broker for the retendering and billing of energy contracts and will ensure that utilities are provided to each of the Group's buildings on suitable contracts to ensure that both the business and its customers benefit from appropriate prices, and that payment terms and other contract requirements are in line with company practice.
Working with the Customer Experience team and the technical services team, the Energy Manager will ensure that accurate and up-to-date records of utility supplies are kept, including a record of the mains utility supplies into the various buildings as well as relevant sub-metering systems.
