If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the success of our projects, we want to hear from you What you'll be doing: Owning the Test Analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, applying best practice testing principles to ensure cost-effective testing while balancing business risk Complying with the agreed test methodology and standards to ensure good governance and record-keeping in line with Legal & General test principles and commercial interests Providing input into defining the appropriate test approach in collaboration with the Test Lead / Manager to ensure effective Business Test preparation and execution Conducting test reviews (including Static testing) throughout the development lifecycle to identify any artefacts that are not fit for purpose Determining the adequate level of Test Coverage in collaboration with the Test Lead / Manager, Business Analysts, and Business Users, and providing input into the testing estimates Performing Test Execution, involving leading business resources where required, raising defects on ALM or JIRA, and retesting defect fixes when deployed to the test environments Providing effective communication to Test Leads / Managers and Business users by reviewing progress reports, defect status, defining entry criteria to BAT, and making recommendations at exit from BAT Ensuring that appropriate prioritizing, planning, and contingency for customer issues are integrated into solution designs to align with L&G’s Consumer Duty Policy
