Accounts Assistant Our client are a specialist HVAC Company based in the Rotherham. They are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. Your main duties will include, but not limited to: Invoice input and processing, matching invoices to purchase orders Processing remittance advice Supplier statement reconciliations Monitoring supplier pricing and terms Investigate and respond to supplier queries and requests for payment Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries Maintain the accounts inbox Review and maintain accounts within the purchase ledger Assist with Aged Creditors and Debtors review and reporting To support month end reporting To produce VAT returns Completing weekly bank reconciliations To undertake filing, photocopying, collation of information and general clerical work on behalf of the Finance department Other duties include, but are not limited to Fleet management Refrigerant management Monitoring and reporting on engineer efficiencies It is key that you have the following: AAT 3 qualification. Experience of using Sage50 accounts Good organisational skills Strong, confident with good communication skills Excellent relationship building skills Proactive attitude Excellent IT skills particularly excel spreadsheets Summary : Hours of work: Monday Friday 8.30 am 5.00 pm (office based) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
