Temporary Administrator for our public Sector Client. This is a part-time role with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour. The successful candidate will be working a standard 18.75 hours a week Monday Wednesday. Previous experience working in Administration is essential. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Access NI Police check. This post will be for 6 months with the possibility of an extension What The Job Entails: ? Ensure that all systems used both manual and computerised are maintained. ? Making appointments, maintaining diaries, receiving, processing, and distributing incoming mail ? Scheduling meetings and appointments. ?
