The Team
The University has invested millions of pounds in new sport facilities. The YSJ Active Facility Supervisor will work as a part of a team who are central to ensuring that these facilities, and the professionals who work in them, have a significant positive impact on students, staff, the local community and our commercial partners.
The Role
The post holder will be the first point of contact for customers using the sport facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They will complete set up of the sport facilities to meet operational procedures and will provide day to day administration and clerical support including staffing the reception. The role will also assist in the development of YSJActive as a recognised professional provider of sport, exercise and wellbeing in the university and the community.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates must have experience of common reception duties and experience of dealing with customers. Experience of working in the Health and Fitness industry is preferred; however, we welcome applications from candidates with experience from other sectors.
Shift pattern as follows:
1. Tuesday 17.00-22.30
2. Thursday 17.00-22.30
