Job description: We have an opportunity for an Electronics Support Engineer to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will be responsible for the electronic systems and associated hardware to support car operation. At Andretti Global, we aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. Principal Accountabilities: Preparation of the electronic systems for events. Support the operation of the electronic systems at events. Ensure data accuracy and reliability with correct calibration and operation of the electronic systems. Ensure all trackside operations and procedures are followed correctly. Resolution of electronic system faults. Continuously help to improve operational processes and procedures. Requirements A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar Previous experience of providing track support within motorsport. Experience of the configuration and management of motorsport data logging systems, preferably F1 SECU and associated tools. Experience with automotive electronic systems, CAN and sensing technologies. Understanding of electrical schematics and wire harnessing technology. Familiarity of working with high voltage electrical systems on hybrid or electric vehicles. Ability to plan and manage own workloads. Clear and concise communication, verbally and with the use of email. Is self-motivated, innovative and capable of working generally unsupervised to challenging deadlines. Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.
