Responsibilities of the department include managing the estates strategy, property maintenance, property management, facilities management, and health, safety, and environmental oversight. Facilities manager role We are now recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Estates team. Working across our 4 campus you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our facilities team, including caretaking, cleaning, grounds people and porters. This is varied role that not only requires you to ensure the team is providing high quality services to staff and student but can also implement change for a more efficient and effective working environment. You will have previous experience of working in facilities management, with the ability to lead and change cultures in a diverse workforce. Aside from the opportunity, you will also be eligible for 32 days annual leave (plus bank holidays and university closure days), enrolled onto our private pension, access to Vivup which provide 100 of discount and offer as well on the job training from an experienced leadership team.
