As the Branch Administrator, you will ensure smooth office operations and deliver an exceptional experience for customers. Day-to-day of the role: Customer Interaction: Handle enquiries via phone and email, schedule appointments for the sales team, and provide outstanding service with a positive attitude. Office Operations: Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring office procedures run efficiently and professionally. Invoicing and Documentation: Raise, issue, and manage invoices with precision and attention to detail. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and friendly work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous administration experience in a professional office environment (essential). Strong organizational skills and thorough, methodical, and detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy.
