* Safeguard vulnerable adults by providing targeted interventions to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community services to provide comprehensive support.
* Advocate for adults' rights, ensuring access to necessary resources, services, and benefits.
* Regularly review and adjust care plans to respond to evolving needs and situations.
Requirements
* 2 years experience post qualification
