Marketing Manager – Mountain Ash Do you have experience in digital marketing and content writing? Are you confident to help drive inbound sales enquiries and help capture new markets? Are you based in South Wales? If so, then we want to hear from you We are looking for a creative Marketing Manager, who can think outside the box and has a can do attitude. Working with the Business Development Manager you will use your marketing expertise to help increase revenue across our company portfolio. As we are a service provider to major brands within the UK. Main duties: To develop a successful and agile Marketing strategy. Plan all activities for the coming 12 months but be flexible to change as things develop within the company and externally. Create high quality written content for press releases, news articles, email newsletters and digital marketing platforms. Build working relationships with sector bodies (e.g. packaging press etc.) to ensure we obtain appropriate high-profile coverage. Maintain records of “ROI” to support future marketing activity/budget applications. Management of the company’s social media platforms. Drive the website refresh schedule. Monitor sector activity to identify suitable marketing opportunities to promote the business. Identifying and attending relevant exhibitions/events, to promote the company. To ensure high quality enquiries are established and follow up through to Sales completion, with use of internal costing system. Working closely with Account Managers to optimise the customer experience. Interacting with all departments to ensure the best outcome for potential customers and the company. Providing administrative support and assistance to the Business Development Manager when needed. Collecting data and information and collating them into graphs and charts. Answering phone calls and emails as required. Essential skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Educated to degree level in Marketing or Sales or associated discipline Full UK Driving License and access to transport. Excellent communication skills. Able to produce succinct copy for press release. Excellent organisational skills. Proficient with all Microsoft office packages. Experience of social media & website management. We may also consider an exceptional Marketing graduate, with at least 1 years marketing experience. The salary is circa £30,000 depending on skills and experience. You will receive 30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
