About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Office Support/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to develop within the transport and logistics sector, although prior experience in this field is not essential as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office administration tasks
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Manage emails, documents, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records and handle data entry
Support the team with general administrative duties
Work independently while collaborating effectively within the team
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (email, Word, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Transport and logistics background is a plus, but not essential
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
