Recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a Chartered Financial Planning Firm in Petersfield ona full time basis. We are looking for someone knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about the industry. We can provide further training and exam support to the right recruit looking for a long term career.
Duties include:
Process new business applications, withdrawals and fund switches through to completion.
Communicate both written and verbally with client, providers and other third parties
Obtain valuations and product information for analysis
Supporting the Advisors, carrying out administrative duties throughout the process.
Schedule and book in review meetings, managing FA diary Experience/skill set required
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role within a financial planning firm
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
Confident user of Microsoft Office
