Administrator/Coordinator (Fluent in Mandarin) - Sheffield Are you a highly organised and methodical individual with fluent Mandarin written and verbal skills? Join a leading Project Engineering company in Sheffield with strong ties to their head office in China. We're looking for an Administrator/Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Role: Enter project data onto our centralised system to support smooth project coordination. Full training on the system will be provided. Assist the Office Manager with a variety of tasks including: Meeting and greeting visitors Ordering stationery and supplies Arranging refreshments and meeting rooms Answering phones and general office administration Confidently communicate over the phone and face-to-face with internal teams and clients. What We're Looking For: Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken). Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. A team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work confidently both independently and in a team. Benefits: Salary up to £28k (flexible depending on experience).
