Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process, and managing our social media pages. You will play a key role in helping clients find their ideal homes while also promoting our property listings effectively.
Duties
1. Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
2. Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
3. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.
5. Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.
Skills
1. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients and colleagues.
3. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, allowing for effective communication with a diverse clientele.
4. Administrative proficiency to handle documentation accurately and efficiently.
5. Strong IT skills and ability to use social media to help promote properties.
6. Preferably at least 1 year of estate agency experience but not necessary.

Pay: £18,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
