We have a requirement for a 3 to 6 month temporary Purchasing Administrator in our head office at Cramlington.
Hours:
1. 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Thursday
2. 8am until 3.30pm Friday
30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).
Responsibilities:
1. Provide both clerical and administrative support to the Purchasing/Estimating Team to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Experienced in data entry and Excel.
4. Preferably coming from a Purchasing background with purchasing software experience.
5. Data entry using Oracle Netsuite ERP Purchasing System (training will be given).
6. Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
7. Photocopying and printing various documents.
