SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR II - (T222424)
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced System Administrator II to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and optimization of our IT infrastructure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Deploy, design, install, configure, maintain, and perform system integration testing of PC/server operating systems, utilities, and hardware.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve server and network issues reported by users, using critical thinking to prioritize and implement effective solutions.
3. Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly, professionally, and effectively to user inquiries and support requests.
4. Collaborate with IT technicians to understand and support end-user needs while ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
5. Research, evaluate, and recommend software, hardware, and technology solutions to meet current and future organizational needs.
6. Support web access, electronic messaging services, and maintain a secure and compliant systems environment.
7. Provide hardware and software specifications based on application needs, organizational growth, and evolving technology trends.
8. Install, maintain, and optimize server infrastructure while ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
9. Contribute to IT budget planning by assessing current technology inventory and forecasting future needs.
10. Train, mentor, and support new IT personnel to build team capacity and ensure knowledge transfer.
11. Continuously enhance knowledge through self-directed learning and staying current with industry trends.
Annual Salary Range: $57,940 - $94,150
Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
